At Village Health Coaching, we believe that it takes a village to help people flourish into their healthiest, happiest, and most fulfilled selves.

About Us

Trying to maintain overall health and wellbeing with the demands of a busy schedule such as work, raising children and maintaining relationships can be overwhelming. That’s where I come in. 

My name is Lauren Fenech, and I am the founder of Village Health Coaching. I am a Registered Nurse, Registered Paramedic, am certified in Strength and Conditioning, work as a coach at Flow and Co. Canberra, and am certified in Nutrition and Diet.

My passion lies in supporting people to become the highest version of themselves. Whether you’re looking to become stronger, fitter, manage stress, improve your sleep quality, or simply improve your overall health, I offer personalized coaching programs tailored to your specific needs and goals. I take a holistic approach to health, focusing on not just physical health, but also mental and emotional wellbeing.

Village Nutrition

There is no meal plan that works for everyone. In our “Village Nutrition” program we partner with you in assessing and supporting you to fuel yourself for LIFE. Through our one-on-one coaching style, we assess your needs and goals, and work together to find the best nutritional habits for you. With weekly check-in calls, habit accountability from your phone, and the ability to text your coach at any time, we support you every step of the way.

Village Lifestyle

In our “Village Lifestyle” program, we give you the tools to step into your healthiest and most fulfilled self. From nutrition, to scheduling and adherence to training, sleep, and mindset improvements, we are your partner through it all. With weekly check-in calls, habit accountability from your phone, and the ability to contact your coach at any time, we look at all facets of life and good health

    We then provide you with the tools, support and plan to get to where you want to be, and build knowledge and skills that will help to improve your health in the long term.
